Monthly Meetings
GFWC-Charlotte has monthly meetings from September through May (there is no meeting in January). Most meeting are held at the Eaton Area Senior Center on the first Friday of the month. There is a social hour held at the beginning of the meeting, following by a luncheon. Speakers are invited to present on a variety of topics, and monthly business items are addressed. A meeting committee is responsible for decorating the tables, setting up the room, and cleaning up afterwards. The program committee arranges the monthly speakers.
The next monthly meeting is our Guest Night on Friday, February 13, 2026. Don Sovey and his Rat Pack Band will entertainment with music of peace love and brotherhood from the 1960s/1970s.

The 78th Annual Tea Honoring CHS Graduating Seniors is May 7th, Wednesday, at the CPAC, beginning at 12:30 p.m. All members are encouraged to attend. Refreshments following the program.
Club members peruse the book sale at our meetings. The proceeds of the book sale are donated to the Charlotte Community Library and are used by the library to purchase copies of the books Tea and Tomes will be reading. The book "boxes" are then available for any library in the state to borrow. Books are only $1 each!
